We are dedicated to fostering a vibrant aquatic community in Brunei by providing comprehensive training, fostering competitive excellence, and preparing our swimmers to proudly represent our nation on the international stage.

About Brunei Aquatics
Brunei Amateur Swimming Association (BASA) was founded on 30th March 1970 as a non-profit association to promote aquatic sports, especially swimming in Brunei Darussalam. Its current name Brunei Aquatics was adopted in 2025. Brunei Aquatics is a member of World Aquatics (WA), Asian Swimming Federation (AASF) and South-East Asia Swimming Federation (SEAF).
Our Objectives
The objectives of Brunei Aquatics include:
- To actively promote, foster, and advance the practice of Swimming, Diving, Water Polo, Artistic Swimming, Open Water Swimming, and related aquatic activities within Brunei Darussalam.
- To take the lead in orchestrating aquatic events encompassing Swimming, Diving, Water Polo, Artistic Swimming, and Open Water Swimming.
- To extend support and engagement in national, regional, or international competitions involving Swimming, Diving, Water Polo, Artistic Swimming, Open Water Swimming, and other aquatic activities.
